 .
   * Initial Debian packaging of better-sqlite3 13.0.3 (native 3.0 format).
   * Linked against the system libsqlite3 instead of the vendored SQLite
     amalgamation (upstream's deps/patches/1208.patch is a numeric no-op
     and does not justify keeping the bundled copy, per Debian policy).
   * Restored the upstream-curated SQLite connection defaults
     (foreign_keys=ON, cache_size=-16000) at runtime in the C++ addon
     constructor, since the system libsqlite3 does not compile those in.
   * Four upstream tests remain failing due to compile-time SQLite option
     deltas with no runtime equivalent (readonly cache_size, Tcl-variable
     placeholders via SQLITE_OMIT_TCL_VARIABLE, verbose truncation via
     SQLITE_TRACE_SIZE_LIMIT); none affect use as a database driver.
